Navigate Forward Donates More Than $40,000 to 134 Non-Profits in 2021

Tradition of Giving Celebrates Valued Clients and Strengthens Our Community

As we ring in another new year, we’re reflecting on the many individuals who helped make 2021 a success. We truly appreciate all the alumni, friends and community connections who shared their experiences, participated in our forums, took time to network with jobseekers and board candidates, and to refer other leaders to our services.

In 2021, Navigate Forward supported a total of 134 charitable causes with donations totaling more than $40,000.

These valued partnerships and a shared commitment to supporting others are cornerstones of Navigate Forward. It’s why each year we set a goal for philanthropy and encourage those in our network to do the same.

A Charitable Tradition Entering Its 14th Year

In 2021, Navigate Forward supported a total of 134 charitable causes with donations totaling more than $40,000. From fighting cancer and alleviating hunger to advancing the arts and expanding youth opportunities, our support spanned a number of local and national organizations. In Q4 2021 alone, we donated to 88 non-profits.

For 2022, we’re renewing our pledge. We plan to donate a percentage of our annual revenue to deserving causes. It’s a tradition of giving inspired by our founders, Teresa Daly and Mary Kloehn, that’s now entering its fourteenth year.

Putting Profit Into Practice

Our clients, alumni, speakers and supporters help direct our philanthropy. As we encounter new opportunities, we reciprocate:

  • When a senior leader lands a new position, we make a contribution to their charity of choice.
  • We make a similar donation on behalf of each speaker at our weekly executive forums.
  • When we host virtual or in-person events, our attendees nominate deserving non-profits for additional donations.

These are small ways that we can emphasize our values and help put profit into practice. We appreciate the good works provided by these and countless other non-profits.
