Jill Harmon

Jill Harmon has worked with executives in many capacities. With a degree in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University, Jill’s previous experience includes labor and industrial relations management positions with LTV Steel and Schlumberger Ltd. She also works in executive search as a Principal with Ballinger|Leafblad.
A believer in giving back, Jill has been an active board member in the Twin Cities for the past 25 years — these boards include Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity, Beyond Walls, The Schubert Club, Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties, Landmark Center, The Minnesota Museum of American Art and the Summit Hill Association (District 16 Planning Council for St. Paul).
A keen fan of historical preservation, Jill has chaired two Summit Hill House Tours and spent the past 29 years lovingly restoring two early 20th century homes. A member of a Crocus Hill book club for 26 years, Jill enjoys reading and lively discussions. A cellist, Jill is a former member of the St. Paul Civic Symphony and a big fan of classical music.
With three grown children, Jill enjoys travel, gardening and most of all, life. A native New Yorker, Jill is direct and a natural matchmaker. She loves working at Navigate Forward with executives in transition to help them on their journey to the next great opportunity.
